Week 3

Week 3 is over and I lost another 3 pounds, bringing my total to 14. This week I only officially exercised one time. But since the kids have finally been healthy this week we have been getting out more, and every trip out of the house means carrying over 40 pounds of babies and is a work out in itself.

way to go!! Jon has lost 30lbs since Feb using myfitness pal. I lost weight using it too. I really need to get back on track. too many snacks these days. I'm dlblback if you want to add me a s friend. That way I can cheer you on when I actually log in. Jon is there too
