Week 7

Ok, this week finally got a little tougher. I just want to EAT. I want Pizza and Chocolate and Mt. Dew! I did exercise 4 times this week, and lost 1 pound which brings me to 21 pounds lost. Must. Keep. Going.

Week 6

Ok, so last week I reported that I lost a pound and then gained a pound and a half. Well, I didn't really gain a pound and half, since it was gone by the next day. And after that pound and a half disappeared I lost 3 more pounds this week. So I am now at -20. Wahoo!

This morning I also finished another game on dietbet.com and won! I don't think I'll win much money on this one, but I'll find out in another couple of days.

Oh, and I exercised 4 days this last week, much better than the last few weeks. I just started doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred and it is a killer. I've been SO sore the last few days. I did this work out a few years ago (before the kids came along) and it was so fun to see how much stronger I got over the course of a month, so I am looking forward to doing it again.

Week 5

This week I lost a pound and then gained a pound and a half. Boo. Exercised once. Ate one piece of cheesecake and it was delicious!

This week I also WON my first game on dietbet.com! I lost way more than the 4% I needed to win, and in addition to getting back the money I initially put in I won another $20!

Week 4

4 weeks and 16 pounds down! This week I lost 2. I didn't make time to exercise this week, but am going to do it this next week.

This coming week is going to be exciting as the first weight loss game I joined will end. I joined a game on dietbet.com, where you put some money into a pot with a group of other people. Everyone in the game then has 30 days to lose 4% of their body weight. Everyone who loses their 4% at the end of the 30 days gets to split the money in the pot.

I lost my 4% in less than 2 weeks, so I actually started another game to keep me motivated to keep losing. So now I am waiting to see what percentage of people in my game will win, and how much money I will get back! Then I will have to decide whether to start another game or not. Stay tuned!

Week 3

Week 3 is over and I lost another 3 pounds, bringing my total to 14. This week I only officially exercised one time. But since the kids have finally been healthy this week we have been getting out more, and every trip out of the house means carrying over 40 pounds of babies and is a work out in itself.
