Week 1
- stopped drinking pop, no eating late at night, and trying to eat lots of vegetables
- started counting calories by logging everything I eat into myfitnesspal.com
- started exercising - 6 days this week!
- joined a weight loss challenge online
- lost 7 pounds!
- attended two parties and made good food choices
- got sick - only exercised 1 day
- still eating really carefully
- lost 4 pounds!
