I am a Loser

Ok, my twins are now a year old. It's time to lose some weight. Here's how it's gone so far...

Week 1
  • stopped drinking pop, no eating late at night, and trying to eat lots of vegetables
  • started counting calories by logging everything I eat into myfitnesspal.com
  • started exercising - 6 days this week!
  • joined a weight loss challenge online
  • lost 7 pounds!
Week 2
  • attended two parties and made good food choices
  • got sick - only exercised 1 day
  • still eating really carefully
  • lost 4 pounds!
I have lost 11 pounds in the last 2 weeks! Week 3 here I come!
